Returns And Cancellation Policy

Returns

We understand that customer satisfaction is our top priority, and we take every measure to ensure our products reach you undamaged without defects. However, if you receive a damaged or defective product, you can request a return or exchange within 48 hours of delivery.

  • All returns are subject to MiniChic’s acceptance.
  • We offer refunds only for garments that are defective or damaged upon receipt. The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging to be eligible for a return. We cannot process returns for differences in color, texture, or size or if the product is damaged after delivery. Additionally, courier charges incurred for dispatch will not be refunded.
  • Any decision regarding the refund for products sold by Minichic.com is solely at the discretion of MiniChic personnel, and their decisions shall be final and binding.
  • If your garment arrives damaged, you must take a photo of the defect/damage and email it to us at online@themadrassilks.com and WhatsApp us at 7338884508 within 72 hours of receiving your order. We may request additional proof, such as a video of the defect, for validation purposes.
  • The product must be returned to us within 10 days of receiving the order, unused and with all labels intact. Once we receive the garment at our end, we will initiate a refund after validation.
  • Please note that MinChic reserves the right to accept the returned products on its terms. We will return the products at your cost if the return is not accepted.
  • Please note that products that are specifically created for you based on your pre-orders, customized and altered as requested, or purchased on cart-level offers and special offers are not returnable.
  • If you receive a product in bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package, take photo evidence in the presence of the delivery person, and return the package to them. Ensure to include the original shipping box and packing materials when returning the package.

If your return is validated & accepted, we will send you a confirmation email with a return authorization form explaining the process of returning the product(s). We will refund only the price of the returned product/s, excluding courier charges.

To return the product/s, please send it to The Chennai Silks, # 55, Usman Road, T. Nagar, Chennai – 600017, along with the invoice. Kindly use a traceable and trusted shipping service, as we will have no responsibility or liability for reverse logistics.

Refund:

Please allow us 12 to 15 business days to receive and process your return. We will process all validated returns, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within 7 to 14 days. Refund timelines may vary depending on the bank, and we will not be liable for any fee charged for the transaction by payment gateways or banking partners. You will receive an email notification upon the completion of return processing.

Cancellation:

We do not allow outright cancellations after placing the order. We request that you place your order only after reasonable deliberation, as order processing involves considerable time, money, resources, and energy. You can request cancellation only for a genuine reason, and the management of MiniChic reserves the right to accept or reject requests for order cancellations for any reason. You agree not to dispute our decision and take it as final.
