By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms mentioned below. These terms are provided to ensure that both parties understand and agree to the arrangement and to set expectations for our service.

  • We use a top-notch logistics partner to ensure your online shopping experience is hassle-free. All orders are carefully and securely packed in tamper-proof packaging, and we take utmost care during transit to ensure that your product arrives in perfect condition. You can track your shipment every step of the way until it’s delivered to you.
  • Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 24 hours from the order confirmation date, and delivery usually takes 3-5 business days. Please note that there will be no shipments on Sundays, National Holidays, and during Festivals. However, unforeseen circumstances may cause delays, and the mentioned timelines are tentative.
  • We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website. Still, if there is a stock discrepancy, we will fulfill the available products and contact you to confirm whether you want to wait for the back-ordered item or receive a refund.
  • Shipping costs are calculated based on the ordered items’ weight, dimensions, and destination. Shipping payment will be collected with the order. Each address you provide for delivery is considered a separate order and is subject to applicable shipping charges.
  • MiniChic products are packed securely, and if you find the package tampered with, please do not accept the delivery and return it to the delivery person. Contact us by emailing online@themadrassilks.com or texting us at +91 7338884508 with your order number. If the delivery is accepted, it will be assumed that the package was received securely.
  • We are not liable for courier issues caused by incorrect or insufficient addresses or contact numbers. Please provide precise address details while ordering to avoid delays and non-delivery. If the parcel is returned to our warehouse due to incorrect address details, we will charge additional two-way shipping charges to resend the parcel to your correct address.
  • If you have a registered account with us, you can check the status of your orders under “My Account.” Upon dispatch, you will receive a tracking link to follow the progress of your shipment.
  • The delivery and processing time mentioned is on a best-effort basis, and the delivery time may be affected by natural calamities, poor weather conditions, force majeure, and unexpected exceptional circumstances.
  • Orders are usually dispatched within 2 business days of payment, and our warehouse operates from Monday to Saturday during business hours of 10 am – 7 pm, except on national holidays when the warehouse will be closed.
  • For a change of delivery address requests, we can change the address any time before the order is dispatched. If an item is out of stock, we will wait for the item to become available before dispatching your order. Existing items in the order will be reserved while we wait for the out-of-stock product.
  • If the delivery time has exceeded the estimated time, be sure to contact our Shipment Help Desk immediately so we can investigate the issue.
